Sowers Action Hiking with Children

Established in 1992, Sowers Action is operating Sham Shui Po Sowers Centre in Hong Kong. The centre has been providing a multitude of services, including child development, neighborhood outreach and assistance to families in need.

Hiking With Children provides hiking program for 300 underprivileged children and parents in Sham Shui Po. It aims to provide an opportunity to spend time together with their families, strengthening their family bonds. To allow the participants a touch of nature, cultivating positive attitudes and behaviors towards environmental protection and love nature. Nevertheless, the program also helps to foster a sense of discipline, team spirit and help amongst families.
